If you've been living in New England for the past few weeks you are well aware that the wait for summer continues. Well unfortunately, this morning is not any better. But the globe reports that "The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for most of the state, warning that some areas could see cloudbursts dumping as much as five inches of rain in a brief period early Thursday." I've always said that I'd rather see it totally POUR rather than just drizzle... my theory will be tested today. Waiting for the cloudburst.

Cloudburst: Bomb.
