There is no denying that Lance is insane on a bike. If you aren't fully sure yet revisit the 2001 tour stage up Alpe D'Huez. It famous because it's Lance: it's ledgendary because he spends the final 25 minutes of the ride out of the saddle pedaling at an extremely high cadence and completely obliterating the rest of the field. Say what you want about his personal life, his riding speaks for itself. The tour heads back into the Alps and the final week of the tour starts on Monday. It's going to be absolutely epic - for Lance to win this years race it's going to take an effort like the one from '01 that pummeled Jan Ullrich.
